Disinfection protocol for rented equipment

This procedure respects the forward movement principle, in other words cleanliness and dirt never cross each other.

 Rule: every piece of rented equipment that comes back to the shop must imperatively come through the cleaning room on 4, avenue du Giffre before entering the premises.

Cleaning room # 1

• It must be dismantled.
• It is both washed and disinfected manually with ANIOS products.
  1. Clean with 60° Celsius high pressure water jet.
  2. Clean with SURFANIOS (bactericide : NF EN 1040 / bactericide for dirty conditions : NF T72-170) with a 0.25% dissolving if it is handwashed with a sponge.
  3. DISINFECTANT DETERGENT FOR HIGH SURFACES (bactericide NF EN 1040 / bactericide for dirty surfaces NF T72/170 / fungicide :  NF T72/200 /action against mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB) / action against HIV-I, HBV and Rotavirus), ready for use, spray and wipe with a sponge soaked in the product.
  4. Rinse with a 60° Celsius high pressure water jet.
  5. Dry
  6. After drying, send the equipment to disinfection room # 2.

Disinfection room # 2

• Disinfection by air dispersion using the aerosol generator model AEROSEPT 100 UF – the product use is ANIOS SPECIAL DJP (bactericide NF EN 1040, T72-301).
  
  Aerosol duration: 15 minutes without any human presence.

Packing room # 3 

• 1. The equipment is reassembled. Electrical trials are carried out. It is sent to after sales service if necessary.
• 2. The clean equipment is wrapped up with transparent stretch plastic film (width 45 cm – 20 micron).

Stocking of clean rented equipment

• Take the clean equipment to the basement and put it away.
